Yes. All of our gas engineers are Gas Safe registered. You can check our registration on the Gas Safe Register using our number, XXXXXX. You should always ask to see an engineer's Gas Safe ID card, and ours will happily show you theirs.
How quickly can you get to me?

What is a landlord gas safety certificate (CP12)?
It's the record of the annual gas safety check that landlords are legally required to have carried out by a Gas Safe registered engineer. We inspect every gas appliance, flue and the pipework in the property, then issue the certificate. Landlords must give existing tenants a copy within 28 days of the check, and give new tenants a copy before they move in.
How often should my boiler be serviced?
Once a year. Regular servicing keeps your boiler running safely and efficiently, helps prevent breakdowns, and most manufacturers require an annual service to keep the warranty valid.
Which type of boiler is right for my home?
It depends on your home and how much hot water you use. A combination (combi) boiler provides heating and hot water on demand with no tank, which suits most flats and smaller homes.
A heat-only or system boiler works with a vented or unvented hot water cylinder that stores hot water, which is better for bigger homes with more than one bathroom. We'll recommend the right option after looking at your property.

How much will it cost?
Every job is different, so we'll talk it through with you and give you a clear price before any work starts. No surprises.
I can smell gas. What should I do?
Call the National Gas Emergency Service straight away on 0800 111 999 (free, 24/7). Open doors and windows, turn off the gas at the meter if you can, don't use electrical switches or naked flames, and leave the property. Once it has been made safe, we can trace and repair the leak.
